David performed and provided coaching in Polarities, the Megaw Actors Studio “Wrap-Rap”, to conclude a year of study and scene work with the studio.
Hosting Food-Ball!
David hosted Food-Ball, a television game show that pitted teenage cooks against each other in a dramatic cooking competition!
Cinelearning Casts David in Ethics Training Video
David got the chance to play the teacher David Lowery in an Industrial film for Cinelearning Productions. It was a fun two-day shoot on location in an old school Apache Junction where I actually held mock classes on the constitution!
Filming Grace
David was cast in the short film Grace for Cornerstone as part of their Easter weekend services.
Edward Tulane is ‘Pure Stage Magic’
Kerry Lengel of the Arizona Republic called Edward Tulane “Pure Stage Magic” in his review of the Childsplay’s stage adaptation of The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate DiCamillo. The play opened to heartfelt standing ovations and excellent reviews. I originated the role of The Man.

David was nominated for ‘Actor in a Supporting Role – Contracted Play’ for his portrayal of Carl in Opus at Actors Theatre of Phoenix.
Recipe for Disaster Reviews
The tour for Recipe for Disaster at Childsplay took a pit stop during three weeks in April at the Tempe Center for the Arts. Arizona Republic Arts Reviewer Kerry Lengel and Kid Reporter Bryn both stopped by to see the show and wrote these two reviews.
My Favorite Tour Story
I’ve performed live on stage over one-thousand times with Childsplay. There are many, many stories: many stories I’ve forgotten, but this story is my favorite. It will always stick with me and remain vivid in my memory.
